In this webinar Paul Curtis (Paper Conservator) reveals and explores many aspects of his unique craft-bookbindery. Paul has been a book conservator at the Muckross Bookbindery in Killarney for many years now. Here Paul and his team currently bind and repair books and conserve paper, vellum, calf skin, along with silks and many other fabrics, using ancient techniques.
